Most orders are handcrafted and processed within 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days before shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy for personalized items?
Since our products are custom-made with your unique photos, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?
Because our automated system sends orders to print shortly after they are placed, we only have a 2-hour window for cancellations or changes. Please contact support immediately if you notice an error.
